ACCOMMODATION: Every one of the hotel's 143 guest rooms has been designed to maximise comfort and convenience, with most affording superb views over the golf course or surrounding countryside from your own private balcony. All rooms have air-condtioning and luxurious en-suite facilities and besides satellite channels, you can also use the TV to "surf the internet" and send or receive your e-mails. Also available are a number of inter-connecting rooms and bedrooms specially equipped for the disabled.

SPA. The Vale Spa provides our guests with the ultimate sanctuary. Here, the stresses and pressures of everyday life simply float away. Whether you are seeking an holistic or therapeutic experience, fully qualified staff are on hand to ensure a total sense of well-being.

As Wales' largest spa, it will come as no surprise to find our choice of treatments extremely comprehensive. These include many from the leading houses of Clarins, Elemis and Thalgo and include massage, facials, body-wraps, hydrotherapy, reflexology, aromatherapy and tanning options. Individual treatments, half and full-day packages are available.

GOLF CLUB. The Vale is home to the Wales PGA and can boast, not one, but two championship courses.

Our Lake Course has already staged numerous PGA Professional Championships and is a true challenge to golfers of every level. The new Wales National is almost 7500 yards and, with water coming into play on a number of holes plus greens constructed to USGA standard - is destined to be ranked amongst the very best in the UK. Both courses are serviced by a fleet of buggies and trolley hire is also available.

Other golf facilities include a 20-bay all-weather floodlit driving range and expert tuition from 3 of Wales' leading golf coaching professionals. Vale Clinic. The Vale Clinic is a brand new facility providing comprehensive specialist medical consultation across a broad spectrum of fields. These include physiotherapy and rehabilitation, orthopaedic consultation, back pain management, sport and exercise medicine, on-site MRI and podiatry.

Within the facility the physiotherapists have a very close working relationship with the orthopaedic surgeons, thus enabling the Clinic to offer a multi-disciplinary approach when treating patients and tailor a treatment programme to suit individual needs.
