RESTAURANT: The world class chefs at “Sjotonnem” tempt guests with signature tastes from the sea. The hotel’s own cognac and cigar bar, “Sorensen,” is the only of its kind in Bergen. Upon request, gala dinners can be arranged on the Admiral’s own quay, at one meter above sea-level. For a less upscale meal, try “Restaurant Emily.”
