Each of the 46 two-level rooms and suites spread over 2 storeys surrounding the hotel's main central atrium, either have a view to the sea and courtyard or to the park and Tallinn's Old Town. Among the largest Tallinn has to offer, the two-level rooms average 45 square meters in size. The suites have been carefully designed with flexibility and functionality in mind. Each has a guest room and a spacious bedroom and is equipped with a kitchenette.

The 105 rooms located in the newly renovated part of the hotel (year 2003 and 2004) are all equipped with air-conditioning, fast cable internet connection, mini safe, mini bar, hair dryer, diect-dial telephone. The average size of the rooms is 20 square meters. Client can choose between a room with a shower or bathtub. Rooms have the view to the old town and to the sea or courtyard.

2-3 room apartments are located in the separate building next to the main entrance of the hotel, guaranteeing added privacy and space.

• Standard Room
  105 Standard rooms are located in the newly renovated part of the hotel (year 2003 and 2004). Average size of a Standard room is 20 m2. All Standard rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, fast cable internet connection, mini safe, mini bar, hair dryer, direct-dial telephone. Client can choose between a room with a shower or bathtub. Rooms have a view to the old town or to the sea or courtyard.
  
• Superior Room
  18 two-level rooms and 1 one-level room. Average size of a Superior room is 35 m2. All two-level rooms have a hall, bathroom with shower and guest-room with a kitchenette, dining-, working and sitting area on the first floor. Second floor has a twin or double bedroom. High-speed wireless internet connection in the rooms.
  
• Junior Suite
  28 two-level suites. Average size of a Junior suite is 53 m2. All suites have a hall, bathroom with shower and large guest-room with a kitchenette, dining-, working and sitting area on the first floor. Second floor has a spacious twin, double or triple bedroom. Additionally, all guestrooms can be used as extra bedrooms - Junior Suites accomodate up to 5 persons. Some of the suites have a seaview and additional bathroom on the second level. • Deluxe Suite
  1 single-level suite. The size of the Executive Deluxe suite is 70 m2. The suite has a large guest-room, kitchen, dining, working and sitting area. Bathroom has a bidet, shower and bathtub. Spacious bedroom is either double or twin.
  
• 2-room Apartment
  One 2-room apartment with size of 55 m2. The apartment has a nice double bedroom, living-room with dining area, sitting area and full-size kitchen. The apartment has a beautiful seaview. The bathroom has a bidet, shower and bath tub. Complimentary bathrobes.
  
• 3-room Apartment
  One 3-room apartment in size 105 m2. The apartment is split-level and has a spacious living-room with dining area, sitting area and full-size kitchen, double and twin bedroom. The apartment has a seaview. The apartment has 2 bathrooms - one with sauna and shower and the other with bathtub and bidet.
