ACCOMMODATION: Guest House (5 rooms) All  rooms are bright and airy with high ceilings, king beds, ensuite bathrooms and private balconies. They are fully equipped with ceiling fans, fridge, electric kettle, toaster and ample closet space and attractive, antique white rattan furniture.

Cottage:  a self-contained and cozy  two-floor cottage is available for larger parties or families. The cottage is finished to that same style and standard as the main Guest House rooms, but is self-contained with a mini-kitchen and television.

RESTAURANT & BAR: We specialize in a wide selection of local Creole and international dishes, using only the finest, locally grown fruits and vegetables. Enjoy our specialties, such as local fish,  clam chowder and succulent Lobster (seasonal) prepared with fresh herbs from our very own Plantation. La Haut prides itself in preparing healthy and wholesome food using the finest and freshest ingredients. The open-air restaurant overlooks a breathtaking vista that is described by locals and visitors alike as "perfect."  Relax on one of three outdoor balconies and gaze onto the spectacular view of The Pitons Mountains, the charming town of Soufriere, the Sulphur Springs volcano, and of course, the turquoise blue waters of the Caribbean Sea -- all while savouring the very best in authentic Creole Cuisine.
