RESTAURANT : Santa Maria Restaurant - Working as a buffet, the Santa Maria restaurant is adapted yo the all-inclusive system of the hotel. Here one will find a diversified variety of traditional cape-verdian dishes, as well as tematic dinner evenings such as the italian night, the tropical night or the fishermen's night. Open from 07h30 untill 21h30.
